Acorn Claims, LLC Amazon Gift Card Giveaway Official Rules

Eligibility:

• The Acorn Claims, LLC. Amazon Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Entrants must be currently contracted on the Acorn Claims adjuster roster to be eligible for entry and winning.
• Entrants must complete the requirements to obtain or renew their Flood Control Number through the National Flood Insurance Program (“NFIP”) for the year 2024. They must provide their FCN details to Acorn Claims via Adjuster Portal, Email, or Phone within the entry period.

Entry Period:

• The Giveaway begins at 12:01 AM (CDT) on March 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM (CDT) on July 21, 2024.

How to Enter:

• Eligible entrants may enter the Giveaway by completing the required actions as specified in the Giveaway announcement provided by Acorn Claims.

Prize:

• Five (5) Amazon gift cards, each worth $100, will be awarded.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
• Acorn Claims reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place at 10:00 AM (CDT) on July 22, 2024.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification and Claiming Prize:

• Potential winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry, or on file with Acorn Claims.
• If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 7 days after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the prize.
• To claim the prize, potential winners may be required to provide additional information or documentation as requested by Acorn Claims.

General Conditions:

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Acorn Claims, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
• Acorn Claims reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
• Acorn Claims reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Acorn Claims in its sole discretion.
• By accepting the prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Acorn Claims and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Giveaway or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of the prize.
